Departs from the Ringwood Railway Station terminus then travels via Whitehorse Road, Ringwood Street, Ringwood Bypass, Warrandyte Road, Wonga Road, Tortice Drive, Old Warrandyte Road, Little John Road, Wellington Park Drive, Highfield Avenue, Wonga Road, Croydon Road, Ringwood-Warrandyte Road, Yarra Street, Heidelberg-Warrandyte Road, Anderson Creek Road, Reynolds Road to The Pines Shopping Centre terminus then via Blackburn Road, Eastern Freeway, Hoddle Street, Victoria Parade, Gisborne Street, Albert Street, Lonsdale Street, Queen Street to the terminus at the corner of Queen Street and Little Collins Street.(Service extending to Crown Casino operate via Queen Street, Flinders Street and Queens Bridge Street).
