Departs from the Federation Square terminus near the corner of Russell Street and Flinders Street, then travels via Russell Street, Bourke Street, Exhibition Street, Victoria Parade, Hoddle Street, Eastern Freeway, Chandler Highway, Grange Road, Livingstone Street,Oriel Road South, Bell Street, Oriel Road North, Dougharty Road, Waterdale Road, Ring Road, Science Drive to the La Trobe University Bus terminus near the corner of Plenty Road and Kingsbury Drive.
