Departs from the La Trobe University Bus terminus near the corner of Plenty Road and Kingsbury Drive then travels via Science Drive, Ring Road, Waterdale Road, Dougharty Road, Oriel Road North, Bell Street, Oriel Road South, Livingstone Street, Grange Road, Chandler Highway, Eastern Freeway, Hoddle Street, Victoria Parade, Latrobe Street, Russell Street to the Federation Square terminus near to the corner of Russell Street and Flinders Street.

Buses only PICK-UP passengers from Russell /Flinders Sts (Federation Square) to Grange Rd/Christmas St, Fairfield then only SETS-DOWN passengers from Grange Rd/Christmas St to Waterdale/Crissane Rds (the bus stop before Kingsbury Dve), then PICKS-UP and SETS-DOWN from Waterdale/Crissane Rds to Latrobe Uni Interchange.
