Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally commend one of your bus drivers for the excellent service my daughter, Kimmie received on the 30 January on Route 754 bus stop at Glen Waverley (10.17am). The driver stood out for his exceptional patience and commitment to safety and helpful attitude. He went above and beyond by helping the passengers particularly my daughter, Kimmie who has special needs . His instructions and his actions to keep her safe was exemplary and I’m assured that my daughter ‘s future commutes will be pleasant and in good hands.

Driver bus number 1535 saw a disabled man with his 2 carers at stop at Everard Rd. Driver stopped bus in a good position to allow entry he also positioned bus at Ringwood station to allow an easy exit for the disabled person and his two carers. A very thoughtful and considerate driver

Today the bus driver saw me and my friend running to catch the bus and he waited for us. Additionally, when I got off the bus the wheel of my trolley broke and he noticed it. He even got off the bus and helped me restore the wheel. The kindness that he showed today really made me and my friends day.

The driver stopped to assist getting out of the bus a would-be passenger who fell over. He was assisted on to the bus being unstable through heat exhaustion.

Very nice towards people who may/may not have been getting on the bus. Being patient at bus stops to those running.

The lady bus driver was so kind that she helped me to reach to my stop. I appreciate Ventura for hiring the great person as a driver who is humble and helps the public.

Driver was so helpful and kind to me when he picked me up from the stop. I really want to say how nice it was to encounter your driver. It really brightened my day. He’s doing a great job.

Give this driver an award. There was a passenger struggling to move who looked like he was suffering from a very bad illness. Driver stopped the bus and walked him to the nearest bus stop with a chair to ensure his safety as there was nobody else to help him. Without the drivers help he would likely have been in danger.

I would like to give a shout out to the female driver. Awesome precision driving. Cool under pressure faced with an unexpected road closure. Good job!

The driver was again fabulous. Maybe all your drivers are of a high standard. It is obviously a reflection on Ventura.

She drove extremely well and friendly it was a pleasure to ride the bus. I have history in heavy vehicles and I felt very safe with her driving.

The bus driver went above and beyond in helping an aged lady on a wheelchair. He did everything he possibly could in his capacity to ensure the lady was able to catch her next bus without getting wet in the rain. He was kind compassionate and polite and assisted the lady with her wheelchair all along. When the lady thanked him he just said it was part of his service. At a time when we get to hear only bad news around the world it is so heartening to see such wonderful people in our own community here in Victoria. He is proof that goodness still exists in the world.

May have come across the nicest bus driver ever. Goes the extra mile to help passengers off by driving in closer and knelling the bus. Not to mention greeting/saying thanks to all the passengers as they get on/off. A true win for your company.

Observant driver stopped at North-West bound Springvale/Clarke Road stop (bus stop needs to be fixed as sign has fallen down which leads to stop being missed by many drivers)
